WHY READ THE KEGEL FIX?

The Kegel Fix will empower you from within as you learn to “snap, clench, and squeeze” your way to a healthy, fit and toned vagina and pelvic floor, providing benefits from bedroom to bathroom. Dr. Siegel unveils the secrets of the "hidden jewels" of the pelvis--the often misunderstood, overlooked and neglected pelvic floor muscles--and introduces new age, next generation Kegel exercises customized to improve and help prevent specific pelvic floor dysfunctions:

Pelvic Organ Prolapse and Vaginal Laxity

Weakened pelvic support causing sagging of your pelvic organs including the bladder, urethra, uterus, rectum and vagina as well as vaginal looseness.

Sexual Dysfunction

Issues with arousal, sensation and experiencing sexual climax.

Stress Urinary Incontinence

Urinary leakage when you cough, sneeze, laugh and exercise.

Overactive Bladder

The sudden urgency to urinate with urinary leakage often occurring before you are able to get to the bathroom.

Overactive Bowel

The sudden urgency to move your bowels with possible leakage occurring before you are able to get to the bathroom.

Pelvic Pain Due to Tension Myalgia

A condition in which the pelvic muscles are tight and over-contracted, which can cause pelvic pain and adverse functioning of the genital, urinary and intestinal tracts.
