Andrew L. Siegel is a physician, surgeon and author who is passionate about educating the community about healthy lifestyle and preventive measures to help ensure optimal fitness, disease avoidance and longevity.
He trained in urology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, after which he completed a fellowship in voiding dysfunction, incontinence and female pelvic reconstructive surgery at the UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Siegel is dually board-certified in urology and female pelvic medicine/reconstructive surgery and serves as Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at the Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School.
Dr. Siegel has written chapters in medical textbooks and has published many articles in medical journals. He is the author of three books including: Male Pelvic Fitness: Optimizing Sexual and Urinary Health, published in 2014; Promiscuous Eating: Understanding and Ending Our Self-Destructive Relationship With Food, published in 2011; and Finding Your Own Fountain Of Youth: The Essential Guide to Maximizing Health, Wellness, Fitness & Longevity, published in 2008. He resides with his wife and children in the New York metropolitan area.
